1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and buying our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Subscription Terms & Billing

  • Service Period: Your subscription begins immediately upon sending the activation credentials to your email. The length of the subscription is dependent on the plan purchased (1, 3, 6, or 12 Months).
  • Non-Recurring: All payments are processed on a one-time pre-paid basis. We do not support automatic renewals or automatic credit card billing. You will be notified by email when your plan is ending so you can renew manually.
  • Price Adjustments: Xtreme HD IPTV reserves the right to adjust package pricing at any time. Active subscriptions will not be affected by price changes during their duration.

3. Permitted Use & Account Restrictions

Your subscription is for individual use only. You must adhere to the following usage regulations:

  • Single Connection Rule: By default, subscriptions allow one active stream. Running your playlist on multiple devices simultaneously will trigger our automated system, resulting in connection blocks or temporary account suspension. If you need multiple active streams, buy the 2 Connections package.
  • No Re-selling or Re-streaming: You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, broadcasting, re-streaming, or re-selling our links. Violation of this term will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Xtream Codes API username and password.

4. Service Availability & Performance

While we guarantee a 99.9% server uptime rating, the performance and reliability of IPTV depends on elements beyond our control, including:

  • Your local internet speed and network routing congestion.
  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) network throttling rules.
  • The processing capacity and RAM of your streaming device.

We do not accept liability for temporary outages caused by third-party application software or local ISP blocks. In the event of network blockages, we recommend using a reliable VPN.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Xtreme HD IPTV or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Xtreme HD IPTV's website, even if Xtreme HD IPTV or a Xtreme HD IPTV authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Xtreme HD IPTV's website or services shall be governed by local laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
