We are fully committed to your satisfaction. If you encounter technical issues with our service that our engineering and support teams cannot resolve, we offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You are entitled to a full refund within the first 7 days of your purchase under the terms set out below.
2. Conditions Qualifying for a Refund
To request a refund, you must meet one or more of the following conditions:
- Server Outages: Permanent service interruptions or server issues on our side that make it impossible for you to stream for consecutive hours.
- Activation Failure: Our system failed to deliver your active credentials within 24 hours of payment, and you requested order cancellation before activation.
- Setup Issues: You followed our device guides and contacted our 24/7 technical support team, but they were unable to get our portal working on your supported device.
3. Scenarios Ineligible for Refunds
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Speed & Buffering: If buffering is caused by your local network having insufficient bandwidth (less than 15 Mbps), or ISP throttling, and you decline to test our solutions or use a VPN.
- Temporary Channel Outage: A temporary update or missing specific channel does not qualify for a refund, as channel arrays are updated regularly depending on stream rights.
- Terms Violation: If your account is suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., using a single connection subscription on multiple devices at the same time, or rebroadcasting our streams).
- Buyer's Remorse: Change of mind after using the service without any technical issues.
4. Refund Submission & Evaluation Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to premiumiptvplaylist@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
- Clearly describe the technical issues you are experiencing and the streaming device you are using. Include screenshots of error messages if possible.
- Our technical agents will respond within 4 hours to verify the technical issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will approve the refund immediately.
5. Transaction Settlement
Once approved, refunds are processed instantly. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution or credit card company, the refund credit will appear on your account within 3 to 7 business days. Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded to your designated wallet address within 24 hours (excluding network gas fees).
